These are a great snack for those that are trying to do keto. They’re either zero carbs or only one carb per serving depending on which flavor you get. They have the best crunch so it’s like you’re eating a potato chip so it does satisfy that potato chip craving the taste is out of this world. It’s so good. I have not had any of them get stale on me as of yet so they have a good shelf life I didn’t find them to be greasy. They’re just like cheese you know cheese does have a little bit of a grease to it but not bad. The size is just perfect,

These are expensive, but delicious. These have a satisfying crunch and a great flavor. The trick is to not eat them all in one sitting.

Do you know how hard it is to find a crispy but low-carb snacking choice? Those of us who are diabetic and therefore can't do the high carbs of things like standard chips and crackers can tell you - Real Hard! Enter Whisps - these are satisfyingly crunchy, but only 1g carbs per serving, AND oh by the way, 11g of protein (getting enough protein while holding down carbs can be an issue). Perfecto - AND they come in multiple flavor choices. The one negative is a high saturated fat number - so you don't want to slam down the whole bag; but a single serving is 15 whisps, which is a good amount, so it's manageable. Highly recommended!

If you are trying to limit carbohydrates, but still want something crunchy to use on salads, these work incredibly well. The flavors punch through, so that’s a plus as well.

These are my favorite snacks! No added ingredients!! I gave it 3 stars because of the packaging and how it was shipped. It was in a plastic vacuum sealed wrap, and in the Amazon envelope, so no real protection again it being squished or smashed. It came in crumbs, not fun at all to eat. It was still fresh and tasted good, but messy to eat and not fun to enjoy at all.
