Q: Instructions say images can be transferred via cable to a computer. Is this done with the charging cable/port? If not, how is it done?

Hello, this is CIMELR customer service. Our endoscope is equipped with a USB data cable, which can be used to transfer pictures and charge. If you don't want to use a USB cable, there is a 32GB SD card inside the endoscope, and you can transfer pictures through a card reader.

Q: I took a lot of pictures so I can check my plumbing, now that the problem is solved, how do I delete the pictures?
