After 2 weeks of use one right side of the year phone is not working and not getting reply from customer service as well as Amazon replace windows also close please help Amazon as soon as possible it is also in warranty period up to 1 year. ALSO PTRON COSTUMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPING ME, I HAVE WRITTEN E-MAIL AND REGISTERED A COMPLAINT, IN PTRON WEBSITE MORE THAN 3 TIMES BUT NOT GETTING AND HELP AND REPLY BY THEM.This Is The Worst Brand Product That I Got In My Whole Life "VERY VERY MUCH UPSET FROM THAT BRAND @pTron" ........................ I think Amazon should ban selling pTron product this is just for costumes discomfort only.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BRAND PRODUCT FOR ANYONE!!PLEASE HELP AMAZON COSTUMER SUPPORT TEAM BECAUSE I AM NOT GETTING HELP FROM PTRON SERVICE CENTER!

My review after using it 9 days rigoursly use1. Sound quality for music, VDOs, Youtube and social media is best2. Sound quality is low during voice call and can't Listen properly either it's on normal voice call or social media voice call3. Battery back up is very good and have a auto switch off, always save the battery4 its good choice in this price range5 Noise cancellation is good and gives pleasant experience6 voice call must be improved, as I have done all option by increasing volume etc, but all in vain, however listener at other end listen good quality sound due to its mic and noise cancellation facility7. One side speaker stopped on microphone side, complaint with ptron registered8 company has asked to send my defective product and replaced within 15 days with superb sound and both speaker working9. Voice call sound is clear but still low as before.

Don't buy these BT, waste of money. After one month stop working and don't really youtubers reviews. Ptron said 60hrs that is also, fake. BT switch off frequently, when you want switch ON again you need to change same time and switch ON. So, it is totally useless and dont waste your money. Go for good products like redmi and etc
