It’s a very nice product

Bought this bag for a primary 3 aged child for September 2022. By February 2023 it has completely busted. So approx 5 months of use when you take out the school holidays, and very little weight in the bag it did not last. Zip came apart, fabric split etc. Seller refuses to do anything about this. Will not buy product t again or any other product off seller. Better spending your money elsewhere. And also very poor customer service.

Bought this for my daughter to use in school, term hasn't been going long and already the front pocket zip has broke. What makes it worse is that she only started using that pocket last week, so got all of about 6 days use from the pocket.

I'm so dissapointed this this product. This is a lovely looking backpack set, very lightweight. However, after around a month of use, the lining inside the backpack started fraying and coming apart. Within two months the zip also broke and I ended up having to bin it. My child is in primary school so nothing heavy was ever in her backpack. I am so dissapointed with this and now I have to search around for a new one. I would NOT recommend this product.

Perfect luggage set for my niece’s gymnastics gear! She absolutely loves it!
