They have fully embraced the smart home community by implementing requested features such as Matter/Thread and MQTT. I really, really wish all smart device manufacturers were like this.On setting up, I found that I needed an adapter for my internal locking knob, and these vary by lock manufacturer. If you purchase from the Nuki site, you'll learn this as you go through the buying process. On Amazon, you might not find out until it arrives. I think the adapters _are_ sold on Amazon, it would be nice to see them discounted to free if purchased at the same time. I ordered a free adapter from the Nuki site, but it still hasn't come. Luckily, I own a 3D printer and there are STL files available around the net, so I was able to make my own.It's important to note that THIS DOES NOT COMPLETELY REPLACE YOUR KEY. Your key is now the last resort option to enter your house. The person who left the one star review after having to call a locksmith made a grave error, either by ignoring the advice that the lock needs to have an emergency mode (keys can go in both sides at the same time), or by thinking they no longer needed to carry their house key. These are electronic devices: some will fail, the lock battery might die, your phone battery might die, sometimes they might get into an unexpected state. If you leave your house without a backup means of entry, you only have yourself to blame when things go wrong.The lock is highly configurable via the app. You can set it up to auto lock, you can also have it auto unlock when you approach it, and you can tweak the options for those to suit. I'm still fine-tuning mine. You can set up night mode, schedules, Lock 'n' Go (unlocks the door and then locks it again quickly afterwards).The accessories are quite expensive. The door sensor is only compatible with the lock (no Matter/Thread support) and is more than twice the price of the Aqara P2 Matter/Thread door sensor. The keypad is twice the price of a Simpled keypad. If you're running Home Assistant, it might be worth looking into alternatives unless you want to lock yourself in (no pun intended) to Nuki.

I got the Nuki Smart Lock pro 3.0 and installed it with relative ease. At first, I had a struggle with the lock not turning the key, but later I found that my key handle was not long enough. After I used a longer key handle, it worked immediately. The support I got from nuki was superb. The turn around time from the support team was less than a day via email considered that I am a US Customer.Compared to its main competitor, Yale, it was a direct opposite. I made a wrong decision to purchase the Linus lock and wasted few months because the Yale pre sales supports in the US and UK were so disoriented and did not know that the home app only works in Europe. I found it out in the hard way right after I installed the Linus lock and I had to return the locks and all the accessories.Nuki is different. The support team before and after sales are both efficient. They have full knowledge of the product and extremely helpful in resolving issues reported by me. The HW and SW are excellent and flawless. Great product! I highly recommended this lock especially for the US customers who use euro cylinder lcocks.

The media could not be loaded. When the product works it is amazing and game changer but after a year of numerous issues from the internals snapping to now the door not even unlocking. It is an expensive high risk solution. I would recommend if there was a more robust version out there.

Had always been reluctant to get a smart lock, but after a lot of research this fit the bill nicely. Set up up was easy, less than 10 minutes start to finish. Great thing is that it can be still used as a standard lock and being internally installed no-one is any the wiser, so doesn't scream teck head lives here making to a potential burglary target.Like the auto lock feature and smart unlock when you get home. Is it perfect, not quite, would be nice to be able to set it to lock using a single turn while at home then automatically add a second turn when it switches to night mode, but not a deal breaker and it's a pity that you need the magnetic sensor (sold separately) to enable extra features such as not automatically locking if door isn't closed, but again not a deal breaker. It's not the quietest but at least you know your door is locked behind you.On the plus side you do get built in WiFi, rechargeable battery unit and Matter included with the pro version.So in conclusion if you are in the market for a smart lock, but don't want to shout out that you have one, get one!

Tonight, my second Nuki lock has failed. I use the Nuki cylinder too, which in itself is fine but pointless without the lock.I knew this was going to fail as it started acting like my first one. I've only had this one since July so it hasn't lasted long (it's October as I write this). The last one lasted longer, but still cheap, must be cheap parts because I've heard the motor struggling over the last few days and tonight it won't do anything.It's a shame - the functionality and features are brilliant, but I've got no choice but to look for an alternative.Avoid.

Das Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro erfüllt alle Wünsche, die man im Bereich der smarten Türsicherheit haben kann. Selbst an meiner 30 Jahre alten Holztür funktioniert es nahezu problemlos. Die kleinen Schwierigkeiten, die auftreten, sind eher der alten Tür geschuldet und nicht dem Smart Lock selbst.Ich nutze das Schloss sowohl mit den Fob-Bedienungen als auch mit dem Smartphone, und es hat mir schon viele Male den Tag gerettet. Ob jemand mich abholt und ich keinen Schlüssel dabei habe, oder mein Vater die Schlüssel im Haus vergessen hat – ich konnte immer die Tür öffnen, egal ob ich zu Hause oder bei der Arbeit war. Diese Flexibilität ist einfach unschlagbar.Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Akkulaufzeit: Vier- bis fünfmal im Jahr muss ich das Akkupack laden. Das liegt vermutlich daran, dass wir zu dritt häufig die Tür nutzen, aber etwas mehr Ausdauer wäre wünschenswert.Was die Lautstärke angeht: Wenn man direkt daneben steht, ist das Schloss durchaus laut hörbar. Aber wenn man z.B. im Obergeschoss schläft oder sich in einem angrenzenden Raum aufhält, ist es recht "leise" und stört kaum. Dieses Problem haben jedoch alle smarten Türschlösser, da die Technik die nötige Kraft aufbringen muss, um das Schloss zu drehen. Trotzdem bleibt der Vorteil, dass man die Tür auch manuell mit einem normalen Schlüssel öffnen kann, und die Nuki-App informiert mich darüber, wenn das passiert – ein nützliches Feature.Alles in allem kann ich das Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro nur empfehlen. Es bietet smarte Sicherheit, einfache Handhabung und große Flexibilität – für mich unverzichtbar!

I use Danalock in the other appartment, decided to try Nuki in this one. Pretty much the same thing but is way bigger, difficult to install and more expensive. Overall, don’t like it.

Bonjour, je vais exposer mon ressenti sur ce verrou électronique intelligent.Pour commencer l'installation de smart nuki sur la serrure cela se fait très simplement et rapidement vous avez le choix avec 2 plaques, avec une à visser et l'autre à coller (tout dépend de la taille de sorti de votre cylindre) pour ma part j'ai utilisé la plaque 3M, la fixation de celle est vraiment au top aucun mouvement de la smart nuki 3.0 pro très bien maintenu.Passons au côté installation via app nuki, je trouve l'interface vraiment très facile à comprendre et le côté pas à pas pour installer cette serrure est vraiment très bien expliqué tout le monde peut y arriver sans exception. Les paramètres sont vraiment très clairs très bien détaillés. (sur la photo c'est en anglais car j'ai mon smartphone en anglais, sinon la langue française existe). Vous pourrez aussi programmémer le nombre de tour de clé que devra effectuer le verrou (720° ou 360°, donc 2 ou 1 tour selon votre porte) en cas d'échec vous recevrez une notification vous annonçant que le verrou n'as pas pu se fermer correctement qui sera signaler en rouge dans l'historique.Dans la partie configuration, vous aurez toutes les fonctionnalités qui vous serons utiles. Tel que connexion Wi-Fi, réglage de la luminosité du voyant, le niveau de la batterie (pour ceux qui auront la vV3.0 pro c'est batterie qui se charge via un port USB-C) l'autonomie de celle-ci dépend du nombre de fois que la smart sera employé. Annoncé 12 mois je pense que c'est un peu ambitieux. Donc pour économiser la batterie je conseil de mettre la smart sur un réseau Wi-Fi indépendant (exemple en invité, pour éviter toute communication avec les autres appareils qui pourraient potentiellement faire sortir du mode veille la smart et par conséquent consommer de l'autonomie), pour finir vous pourrez paramétrer une plage horaire de fermeture automatique.Pour ceux qui ont comme moi le smart nuki 3.0 pro vous n'aurez pas besoin d'acheter un bridge qui permet de se connecter au réseau internet de votre foyer (honnêtement je recommande la version pro plutôt que de prendre la v3. 0 + bridge), la v3.0 à donc le wifi intégré et le BT. Le faite d'avoir la Wi-Fi permet des ouvertures de la porte à distance tant que vous avez du réseau itinérant. De plus cela vous permet aussi de surveiller qui entre/sort en temps réel en surveillant l'historique ! Bien entendus vous donnez l'accès qui vous désirez via app.Pour les ouvertures/fermetures de l'intérieur plusieurs moyens sont à votre dispositions, soit vous appuyez sur le bouton central et la serrure déverrouille/verrouille automatiquement ou bien vous avez juste à tourner l'anneau. Le mode automatique me paraît un peu bruyant mais pas dérangeant en soit. Le mode auto lock quant à lui est très intéressant et utile en cas oublie en partant de chez soit (programmable lui aussi). Petit point noir sur le mode auto unlock que je ne trouve pas forcément fiable qui parfois même à 2km de chez moi me détecté a côté.. Et celui-ci à même parfois du mal à se déverrouiller seul quand on rentre dans la zone du domicile.Côté sécurité je pense que nuki m'a l'air très bien placé pour ça, car seul les personnes ayant autorisation avec leur smartphone en BT pourront accéder au logement.En conclusion :Malgré le faite que la smart nuki soit un peu bruyante lors du déverrouillage/verrouillage,et le mode auto unlock pas toujours réactif et parfois un soucis de géo-localisation. je la trouve très complète et très facile utilisation avec une réactivité assez surprenante quand au déverrouillage à distance ou même en BT, l'interface est tres intuitive et facile à comprendre. Le faite de pouvoir déverrouiller à distance est aussi un gros plus pour cette serrure. Le verrouillage/déverrouillage se fait sans forcer malgré les 5 points de serrures. Donc pour finir je ne peux que recommander cette serrure sans aucun problème.

Second time buying a Nuki lock (bought this to replace my Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 that died just after 2 years out of the blue). Owned this one for less than a year and now the battery started draining from 100% to 20% in 2-3 days (used to last 3-6 months!!), completely useless.After some back and forth with Nuki support and them asking for the same information over and over again they finally said “oh yeah it’s faulty go submit a return” and Amazon were able to get this sorted.I’m glad I got a return in the end but wish I never bought it in the first place.

Work as described.. battery life seems ok too
