Bought these 8/29/20. Only worn for dog walks. Dolls are worn out with a hole in the right clog. How long should these last?

Do these have a cushy inner sole? I need some soft water resistant shoes?

Is the sizing the same as other crocs? my other crocs are women6/men4 but in regular shoes i am an 8.5 regular,
