Really funny game
Really funny family game! Maybe don't play it with really competitive people as it could end up violent :-) Will definitely get the laughs going!

Not my type of game tbh
The price at the moment is very good (just over £11 at time of review reduced from the normal price of £19.99) this is probably the best price you'll get this game for atm.I personally don't get the game tbh and it seems a bit boring. That might just be my taste in games as other reviewers think this is a top game. Not in my opinion. I don't get how slapping each other round the face is fun and could see arguments breaking out!I don't think any game should condone violence either.Although the slapping is mostly smacking a deck of cards with a foam hand, occasionally the game requires you to slap someone else round the mush or yourself. The instructions aren't great either and I found myself having to look for a video on you tube to see how to play it properly which I couldn't find. No one has posted a video of this game!Maybe someone could do a video and earn themselves a few thousand views lol.The foam hand gloves are quite small for adults to wear in my opinion and wouldn't provide much cushioning if a player decided to smack another player a little too hard! That's where I could see the game turning into an argument! Especially with kids 7yrs old and upwards that don't fully understand how to slap lightly lol.I can see how this might be lots of fun for some, but I personally find the concept boring and encourages kids to slap, which to me isn't a good thing regardless of anyone playing and understanding to only slap lightly. The game contents basically consists of 80 x mixed, numbered playing cards with slap the deck, slap yourself, slap a player card and reverse cards etc, 4 x blue foam sponge hands (that might actually come in handy in the shower or bath lol) and a set of instructions (that really needs someone to revise the way the game is explained or invent another way of playing this)Not for me I'm afraid.

Simple and fun game
Slap the deck game Includes 4 BIG Foam Hands, 80 Cards, and Complete Instructions. It is recommended for 2-4 players, ages 7 and up. It is a think fast game where players take turns placing cards into a center deck, depending on what the card is you might have to slap each other, slap yourself or high five. Good fun and my kids picked it up easily although they were tempted to slap each other without it being part of the game!!

Slap the Deck
Delivered in its own branded boxInside the box you get 4 BIG Foam Hands, 80 Cards, and Complete Instructions on how to play the game .The game is for 2-4 players the deck of cards is dealt out evenly between the players , 40 cards each with 2 players or 20 cards are ach with 4 . Each person takes turns to turn one of their cards and place it in the centre of the game , the cards have wording on them that could tell you to slap the player next to you with your foam hand or even to slap yourself .. this is a fun game that can be played by players of any age ,With slapping challenges on the internet all the rage this is a relevant game at the moment . Priced at £19.99 it's around the same value for money as the other Goliath games . I'm happy to recommend .

Simple yet fun
What a fun game this is, well as long as you don't get any player getting too rough with the slapping! It's just a simple card game, easy to play, but so funny. I can imagine adults would find it even funnier if you played it after having a few drinks. The foam hands are perfect for children and for adults with slim hands, but for my husband they are just too small. He has to hold the glove rather than wear one so he gets to smack like he's holding a Mission Wrap on that wrap challenge on TikTok lol.We had quite the laugh trying this game out, but it's put away now until our next party, or Christmas. It's the perfect game for those occasions because it's easy but fun and unlike board games like Monopoly etc you don't have a million pieces to deal with. You can just stop and start playing as and when you like.

Simple and entertaining
If you are a serious person this game is not for you.It requires serious immaturity to play it. There are few types of cards and they tell you what or who to slap.We did have a giggle. My only complain is that it is game for only 4 people and I would say min of 3 is required to make sense of it. I would say that the best would be to buy 2 sets and play with several people. Also once the gloves are out they are impossible to fold nicely in a box. That being said , we did have a giggle when playing it. I would buy again and I would recommend.

An inexpensive good time
This is a fun game with certain ages. Not great for adults but hilarious with kids. It comes with foam hands but I feel they are more trouble than they are worth. They are small (obviously for children) and not super well-padded. They fit in the box when they arrive but only because they are vacuum-packed. Once the hands are fully decompressed they won't fit back in the box so now you have blue foam hands floating around that the kids love to play with for other games. We fixed this with a large plastic bag and placed it out of sight. Also be sure you set ground rules when you start about how hard the slaps can be. We find not slapping the face (we do hands or shoulders) to be better for everyone.

Slaphappy
There are so many great points to this this game! My 10-year-old and I haven't laughed so hard for a long time. The basic premise is an expanded version of Slamwich, based on the old card game PIG (I played it as "Porco" in Italy as a kid) and I'm sure many others. Players slap the deck when a flipped card matches a called-out number, or follow a series of prompts: reverse direction; slap the person on the right (and then slap the deck); slap the person on the left (same); high five (same); and slap yourself on your own head and then slap the deck. The action can move quickly, but strangely we found that actually matching the number on a flipped card to the called number is the least likely of occurrences; in most actions, somebody is getting slapped with a big blue foam hand.In our game, it was funny seeing how confused my son became in the heat of the moment. A "Slap Yourself" card would be played and in his excitement he would slap me, slap the deck, slap himself and then slap the deck again. When I asked him what he liked most about the game, he said "The fact I get to slap my dad!" I guess some things never get old.One minor tip. The hands are shipped in a vacuum-sealed pack and expand when opened. They fit back into the box tightly, but there is no provision for neatly keeping the cards in the box; as the box bows outward, the cards could just fall out. We opted for a sealable sandwich bag, and all is well.

Alright, not a go-to game and more silly
This is an alright game while playing it, and even with an 11 year old that likes to play around like this it wasn't a bit hit. The foam hands are a bit of a joke, so small and they don't even expand well after coming out of the packaging. All of them are different thicknesses and the level of quality just isn't there. Once opened the hands don't fit back in the box together without compressing them, causing even more distortion to them. The game overall is alright, nothing that calls us back to play anytime soon. Personally I would pass on getting this game but the cards themselves are well made and the game is easy to understand so for the price it could be worth a few play throughs.

Nice fun slap card game
This card game is easy to play. It is really fun when you slap other player with the cushion big hand. The cards are neat and organized. It is great for family fun game nights! However, the hands are hard to put back into the box. Like the game a lot!

My Hands Become Weapons, and the Cards My Battlefield
When I brought this game into my house, the air seemed to stiffen. My mother who had seen the cover of the box was grinning, with a sickening gleam in her eyes. I gulped and immediately started to open the box and deal the cards out. I ripped the blue weapons of destruction out of their vacuum seal and begrudgingly set them on the table. When we first started everything seemed fine, but I should have known better. The third card was put on the table - A declaration of War - BAM I was slapped silly, my glasses were crushed in the ground, my face felt raw and my mind was left in a daze. All I could hear was my mother laughing maniacally, thinking she had won. What a fool she was, I quickly slapped her back, and as a counterattack, slapped the deck! She stood there, shocked. I had single-handedly beaten her. As she wept over her foolish thinking, and I reveled in my victory, my aunt watched us with a mixture of horror and confusion. She doesn't understand when this war started, and can only look on as a spectator to the chaos unfolding in front of her. We continued with the game, but just like in real War, there are no winners. Can't wait to play it again at a Family Reunion! :D
