So , based on that, I have been taking, on and off, about 9000mg a day, with no side-effects, only good results. In addition, should you have a problem with ED, this may just do the trick; keep in mind, you'd need to take a lot of it, see above. As with any supplement, start slowly and build up the dosage over time, and never stop abruptly either!
