Break easy
So I bought these since they were cute and I needed this to keep my ID on me at all times. I bought these at the beginning of the semester 3 months later they are all broken. One of them the metal that hold the plastic together broke. The other two the clip that attaches to my clothes broke, and on one of these occasions I didn't realize it broke till my ID dropped and the broken metal scratched my hand bad enough it made me bleed.They are cute but if you are using them a lot pay more and get a more durable one.

One of them broke on the first use. I was very disappointed that it broke right away. I guess we’ll see how the other two hold up over time.

I really like how this product had the alligator style clip in the back as oppose to the slide on kind. I found this kept my ID badges on throughout my entire 12 hour shift, which includes lots of walking, bending, moving etc. The was clipped on my pants pocket so it moved even more than it would if it were on my shirt for example. I use the reel part a few times per shift and it has held up thus far. It retracts nicely and doesn't get tangled inside the reel. For the price I think this is an incredible value for the quality of product as I have seen upwards of $18 plus shipping for 1 badge reel.

Does the job
Do the job but broke one within a week. The back clip can bend/break if you use the retractable part a lot and it pulls on the clip.
