I started using this serum during menopause and won’t stop! I replaced several other serums with this one to simplify my skin routine and I actually see results. I was having issues with the beginning of neck lines and crows feet around my eyes, so I tried this on my entire face and neck. I have sensitive skin, so I was happily surprised to have no redness or itching. With continued use, it has made a noticeable improvement around my neck and eyes, and even more importantly, seems to have stopped them from getting worse. It has a creamy texture and I apply a little more than directed. I use it at least nightly before eye cream and No 7 menopause might cream. Sometimes in the morning, also, after an applying an antioxidant and hyaluronic acid. I love that Paula’s Choice makes this serum!Be realistic and don’t expect a miracle though, if your lines are deep, only a medical procedure will make a difference.

This product is amazing. Does it take time to see the effects, yes. Be patient. I am 38 with early menopause and my skin over the last year aged really really rapidly because of the loss of estrogen. So I figured I would give this a try and I am not disappointed. I feel like my skin is more plump, my wrinkles are less obvious and my jowls are tighter. This is very expensive, but I will keep buying it as long as I can because it really does make a difference.

Smells ok, goes on smoothly but after application of foundation it pills up and off

I have been using this product for 8 days and my face and neck are more firm. I can semi- smile without the crepey lines on my cheeks popping out. My large pores on my cheeks are still there but they are smaller and not sagging as much.I have probably been using more product than recommended though and it is expensive. However, with the great results, I plan to use a lesser amount that is recommended and budget for buying this product.Not only am I losing estrogen due to being past menopause, I have lost 80 pounds. When you lose that much weight, the skin on your face sags and there is a crepey texture along with big sagging pores. So I think this product might be good for those who have lost a lot of weight also.This serum moisturizes my face but is still lightweight. It is easy to layer with a moisturizer sunscreen. I can only imagine how much better my face will look in the future if I’ve already had these great results in only 8 days.UPDATE: I ran out of product in one bottle in less than 2 weeks. I have two big closed comedones. I’ve got some small acne. I still have huge pores on my inner cheeks. They’re just big wide open empty pores. I don’t know what I’m going to do. I can’t afford to pay $110 per month for this product. I will try to use less product every day and see how long it lasts. I think these products cost too much and they’re only a tiny amount.UPDATE 2: My skin looked more droopy and older after stopping the use of this product. Plus, I don’t know definitively why I got the closed comedones and acne. It could have been from the squalane oil facial cleanser I was using or the retinol? Either way, I just bought 2 more bottles of this product and have been using it again, with good results. I will just have to budget to be able to buy it and use less of it when I put it on.UPDATE 3: I have been using La Roche Posay Retinol serum and will shortly switch over to Paula’s Choice 1% Retinol serum. I think the retinol has been making the biggest difference. Unfortunately, I caught a bottle of this product pilling and peeling on my face. I’m going to take a break from it for awhile. I still think it’s a quality product but I’m not going to spend $55 on 1 fluid ounce of product that pills and peels.

I'm in Peri-menopause and was told to add a face cream with estrogen. I don't know if I'm crazy or what but I feel like I can see a tiny shift. My neck looks better ! This isn't going to give you results that surgery can but it sure helps.

I’m going to need to buy more of this it is so comforting. I use a gel HA first and then pile 2-3 pumps of this on my face and neck. Not sure which ingredients are effective, but the phytoestrogen is very comforting. “Mature” in my book = menopause or beyond. If you’re short on estrogen and need a little break from retinols or acids every night, then this could be your go-to cream. It’s not a miracle, but it’s very good and will calm, comfort and repair skin. It’s worth the money - yet still more affordable than other brands.

I’d give this a 0. I love this product, but not from Amazon. If you are going to try this, but it on the Paula’s Choice website. I got impatient. This was obviously old and pilled on my face.A lot of debate about phytoestrogens right now for me, but my first two bottles of this from Paula’s Choice made my 40’s skin feel luminous, firm, and healthy. It’s a company dedicated to research backed skin care and debunking some ‘toxin’ myths.

After the first application I could see a visible difference in my skin. Wrinkles were softer and skin was firmer . Do the research and you’ll find what causes wrinkles and what your skin lacks is in this products !
