Avinol PM Extra Strength - Natural Sleep Aid (30ct)

I agree with the review by Nancy C. This product is said to work after several consecutive nights of use. On the third night, I woke up after 2 hours. I was tense, nervous, and could not get comfortable let alone sleep. I got out of bed multiple times in a three hour period. I felt like I was having a panic attack. Nothing like this ever happened to me before. If this product is the number 1 nonperscription sleep aid, I would hate to see the worse.

What a waste of time and energy...Absolutely Positively Does NOT work AT ALL.Can't believe they continue to try and sell these Natural Sleep Aids and I was dumb enough to try another one...

The pill seemed to make me anxious. It woke me up several times during the night. I was also unable to lay still and stay asleep.

They do not work at all.

I decided to give Avinol PM a try. Had trouble falling asleep and doctors do not want to prescribe sleeping pills these days. While this pill is not quite as strong as I had hoped I like the fact that it is made from all natural products and won't make you groggy the next morning. It seems to work better if you take it on an empty stomach and I would also allow 40 to 45 minutes for it to kick in. My only complaint is that high price of the product is pretty steep, I cannot afford to take it every night. Also, I sometimes wake after 3 or 4 hours and have to take a second one.
