I purchased this posture corrector to help with my chronic neck and back pain, and I'm happy to say it's made a significant difference. The packaging was quite decent and delivery was on time . Coming to the product , it’s a decent article that serves the purpose. The cushioning is good . Straps are long enough and back support is also nice . However I think sew-on Velcro at the end of the strap could be of a bit more quality . Overall it’s a nice product in this range .

I thought I had good posture, but realized that I was slumping after sitting in my desk chair for a while.I tried this posture corrector. It is easy to fit, and easy to put on - and it gently pulls your shoulders back. Best to wear over a tee (instead of a fleece or sweater), the posture corrector uses the elastic straps to pull you back into alignment.After the first few days of wearing it for about 30 minutes per day, I noticed a difference. I feel taller and my posture is getting better. After 2 weeks, I've noticed that I'm slumping less and less. I reach for the posture corrector when I know that I'm going to be sitting for an extended time

This is awesome, does the work, but bit boring to put on, but it can improve the posture for sure, it holds you straight backed even when sitting, a bit uncomfortable if you have a paunch, otherwise it's super, I wear it about thrice a week for about an hour or two at home

I have chronic pain from a Neurological problem called Dystonia. Sometimes my whole neck & back ache & get tight like a muscle that gets a charley horse that won't go away. Sitting at the computer or any activity that causes me to "hunch over" can hurt enough to make me stop the activity. I am using this soft, comfortable, adjustable brace now when I am doing those activities & it seems to help. I also will use it for short times when I am "all tight & spasmed." I know it is intended for short usage....not all day or for hours at a time. So far, I feel very satisfied with this product.

The pain increases over a period of time wearing this product.The built quality isn't great. The velcro used would probably not last for even 6 months if used regularly. The back support is too small, and they don't even have the size options.The thing that comes around the shoulder and arms makes it feel so uncomfortable when you tight it and it itches when tightened.

Been using it for a month now. Definitely helful for those with long sitting hours. Helped relieve my backache too. The fabric is also good.
