Renovating Victorian floors and doors
Brilliant, so easy to apply and because it’s water based you can add any water based wood due to it. One point I would mention, I would recommend a Purdy brush to apply it.

Good finish, not easy to use
Used to seal newly painted stair balustrade which was chalky and marked easily. This did leave a slightly shiny finish despite it being classed as Matt, but it feels smooth to the touch and has protected the paintwork. This took 3 coats and we applied with a brush and foam roller.The downsides are this product dries extremely fast! It was a bit like painting with PVA glue. If you try to smooth over an area you only painted 30 seconds ago, it causes a horrible, streaky, sticky mess that can't be wiped away. I had to sand, repaint and re-seal a large section because of this.Once you get the hang of the application, it works very well.
