I bought this for my daughter for Christmas ( self care gift). She came home yesterday with her next locked up. Pulled it out of the Christmas gift closet and set it up. It heated up quickly and was easy to use. Tried it myself and I'll definitely be borrowing it. I really feel like regular use of this can be a game changer for anyone experiencing neck issues.Quality for value was right on and it makes an excellent gift for loved ones who need more self care.

Didnt realize it was a heated pillow. Wife always gets neck pain and i think she liked it.

The heatpad is definitely a bonus and I'm glad I got this over the basic versions elsewhere. I don't know if it actually is helping with my dowager hump but it helps my neck feel better when I remember to use it

I purchased this due to having a bulge on my knecj . I was hoping along with exercise I would be able to reduce the bulge . Neck stretcher was very uncomfortable even for the amount of time the directions suggested to use .

Not nearly big enough to offer release of tension in neck. The heating is okay.

I’ve been suffering with headaches and neck pain for a year - this really helps alleviate my pain and extend time between headaches! I do recommend this. I think the heat helps, as well!

After I bought this I realized that my head is in the same position as when I'm getting my hair washed at the salon which can cause a stroke if the carotid artery is compressed for too long. So for that reason, I question the safety of this item and won't use it.

I cannot believe I waited so long to get something like this. I'm a big guy 6ft 2in 250 lbs and fit so sometimes I'm skeptical about products because of my size but using this for 10 mins a day everyday with heat pad then ice later has madd me my neck and upper back pain go away.
