This was a great value for the money. I already had the setup for a swamp cooler that I no longer used for cooling my home, so all I added was a little extra 1/4" line. It was hard to believe how easy the Tee's were to add to the line. Just cut it where you want a nozzle insert the hose into the tee, push until secure and done. Setup literally took just minutes. The nozzles do produce a very fine mist that cooled down my front porch very fast, without a lot of extra moisture. I did have some water beading downwind of the fan I was using, but I did have them bunched up very close together. I just lowered the water pressure and that seemed to help, not that it was a big deal, imo.

Bought this for a diy patio misting system, wanted to try one for cheap and no pump, just connected to the garden hose. Works very, very well for a 10th of the price of a “professional diy system”. When the water is turned off after use the nozzles drip for a minute or two but maybe the better systems do that also. If anyone else is interested when you order the 1/4 hose to water spigot attachment get the copper one and avoid any of the cheap plastic ones on Amazon...they leak badly

Update 7/10/2018: Seller after reading my review offered to refund partially or replace, which I didn't expect. The fact that they care and offered partial refund resulted in making it 4 star from a 3 star-------Good: 1/4" tube fits very well and easy to put on/off the nozzleNot so good: Only 60-70% of the brass misters work as designed. Rest each squirt stream of water or just don't work. I'm using filter so can't blame sediments in water blocking mister

Don't waste your money on a mister set. Just buy these and inexpensive poly line from Home Depot and you have the same thing as the overpriced kits. They mist nicely, do not clog and actually put out more spray area than I though (only need on nozzle per 10ft side of my patio cover)

You want to impress friends and family this summer? Buy these misters and some standard sprinkler drip line tubing, and connect to a hose or pressurized water container. Connecting these to the tubing is easy...plug and play!!! In my case...I added a ball-lock tap to the tubing...connected to a Cornelius keg of water...and boom misting. Zip tie that tubing to a pop-up or umbrella...easy.

Pros: relatively cheap, gets the job done. Very easy to attach to water line on both sides and easy to release and correct if you make a mistake.Cons: nozzles claim to be stainless steel in the middle. Impossible. The nozzles will start to fail within months, one or two at a time. A fine hole suddenly just drips instead of spraying a fine mist.The hose locking tech is held back by the crappy nozzles. Maybe there are better nozzles available that don't give up after being used 20 times. Oh well at least summer is almost over here.

Great misting nozzles, easy to install, but know what you are getting into!You'll need 1/4" hose and some type of high pressure connector (greater than 60psi would be ideal).The higher the pressure, the finer the mist. With very low pressure, you'll wind up with streams of water. But also know that with high pressure, lots of water will be coming out!If you are in a humid area of the country, these misters will likely wind up getting you and everything around you wet in no time at all.They are also very useful for misting plants, such as if you are growing in perlite.

At first, I didn’t see how these things would work. I installed them anyway and the waterline sealed just fine and didn’t pop out with the water pressure. I ordered a 12 pack and was shorted 2 for one reason or another. Eva was kind enough to send me the 2 which arrived pretty quickly.
