It's Sew Emma Cross Stitch Key, Small, Black

Have been doing Xstitch for many years, have always struggled with keeping the corners straight and counting the stitch count. This little aid is amazing it was such a joy to start a new project I will be buying this again for my friends.

This is a fantastic reference tool and is very handy to have in your crafting stash. It is not magnetic; it is just a plastic guide. However, this is thick/hard plastic and very durable. I use it to measure stitch counts, mark comers and have an easy reference for threads and needles. It is a tad on the expensive side for a cross stitch "gadget" but I do like having all of this in one place.
