I recently purchased the Adjustable Aerobic Exercise Step, and I’m so glad I did! It’s a great addition to my home workouts. The stepper is sturdy and stable, and I love that I can adjust the height to make my workouts as challenging as I want. It’s perfect for step aerobics, cardio, or even strength training exercises. Honestly this is perfect. The risers are harder to take on and off than your typical step with the little square risers, but the trade off is that it is way sturdier. i can jump on it all i want, and land at odd angles on it and feel secure. Note i am using it on carpet though, i can't speak to how it performs on hard floors. i got the turquoise and it's a nice cute color which looks pretty good in my house, i have a workout corner and my workout stuff is always visible so having some nice colors other than your typical red is nice. it is smaller than your typical step which some may not like, but i love that. it makes it easier to move around and why would i need a step the size of a surf board? for real though, this is literally perfect and i hate spending money but i am so glad i found this as it helps me stay active.

Perfect for my needs. I bought it as a step up to my bed for my two Golden Retrievers. I used it for some of my exercises; it seems sturdy and stable. It's smaller than other step risers so ideal for smaller spaces. There are two risers snapped tightly into the bottom. Used a screwdriver as a lever to pop them out.

This step is sturdy and does not move when using it. I feel very confident stepping up on it. Like being able to add height to the legs. Definitely recommend.

I purchased this for a friend who is recovering from a stroke to get his excersizes done. The unit is adjustable in height, very durable and yet light weight.

I love this aerbic step. I am over 65 and was finding it harder to step up on curbs and go up steps. I started using the lower step and then added the higher step. It is extremely versatile; easy to store and in my opinion, very stable and sturdy. I would order again.

This is a nice small size and it serves its purpose. It required some strength to get the risers off of the steppers and assemble them. Human strength wasn't enough. My husband used a crow bar to remove the riser.

I really like the step up. I have started slow but I like the extra inches I can add as I get stronger. It is very stable and wide enough for my size 9 foot.

Was easy to order. Fast delivery. Safe to use this Gummage step up, even the cat does uses it. Love the colour and the price.
