Great value that really works after hip surgery, especially!

As a dense pillow it works, but I had to buy an additional belt because the weird leg strap it came with that attaches with velcro is too small. The circumference of both of my thighs (while having the pillow between my legs) is around 120cm. I’m rating this 3 stars because I had to buy something else to make this work for me.

Use a roho cushion which has minimal support. This wedge is soft and can be used multiple ways. Does a great job abducting for better allignment
