Small but Highly Pigmented
They definitely surprised me, Even though they’re small, they have strong pigmentation with very little product. The colors are beautiful. Highly recommend!

Great food coloring
Food coloring in the assortment of colors that you have as well as mixing them together anyway that have more calories the only thing and I’m not crazy about is it takes quite a bit to get the color you want

Mixes easy and has good bright color.
This food coloring is good and bright and mixes really well. It just takes a few drops. I used it to color granulated sugar for my king cake and it worked great.

Bright and vibrant colors
5 y/o wanted a 'rainbow racecar cake' - these gel colors are bright and vibrant, didn't affect baking time or taste and perfect for coloring a BRIGHT rainbow. To note - I REALLY had to squeeze to get the colors out of the vials. I haven't used gel before, so that may just be how it is, BUT, one cap/spout wasn't on correctly, and the gel shot out everywhere when I squeezed. It was the 5th color I used, so was not expecting it as all other vials were fine. It wiped off the bowls and stainless steel sink just fine, but my hands were blue for a few hours. I used red, yellow, green and blue - I made orange, the colors mixed well with no streaking. Can't speak to the remaining colors, but assume they're the same vibrancy/etc.

Cake decorating
We bought this for our granddaughter because of her interest of decorating cakes. She has made beautiful cakes for us. She like the quality of this product.
