It's a shame that this little can opener isn't a better seller. It's easy to use, no sharp edges, and the lid doesn't drop into can. Instead of cutting into the lid, it breaks the lid-can seal and the lid pops right off. Same technology as the expensive Swiss brand (which is now made in China too) at a quarter of the price.

I like it but tough use sometimes and feels more frail than actually is. I may have to eventually go in another direction only cause arthritis in hands are failing me, but product works well... Just keep dry and strong hands.

First time I used this I thought it wasn't working. Went over it about 4 times and was getting very frustrated. Then I tried to lift it off.FYI it doesn't have a magnet so it doesn't come off attached to the opener. It also doesn't pop up like with a traditional opener. It cuts the lid and you have to lift it off. Once I figured that out I enjoyed watching my bf use it for the first time! His frustration level was hilarious!Just use as directed and lift the lid. Easy peasy

This little guy is great; aside from the safety edges, it opens cans better because the lid doesn't fall in the can when you open it.The only downside is that you can't use it to open cans of soda/beer, since the lid needs to have cylindrical (not conical) sides.

Works as advertised

This one works! Usually first time going around can its open unless I was holding at a bad angle; it even worked first time on a dented can with a flat edge on one spot. Opening lots of tuna cans for my cat plus cooking for family past few weeks I have given it a lot of uses, and its still working like new. Going to order me a few more so I can get it at the lower price before inflation so I have backups of this my new fave can opener. Might even give some as gifts as stocking stuffers I like this one that much.

Just put the tool on the top of the can turn the knob when you get to the end give it a little flick up to lift the top of the can and you are done.
