Nature's WayCLA from Safflower Seed Oil, Max Potency, 90 Softgels

Been taking this product for a number of years and in my opinion it is one of the best and most effective.

When I first made my lifestyle change, I added these to my diet and exercise regimen. They are natural and stimulant free which is very important for me. I had lost nearly 30lbs but at that point I was unable to discern if these actually had any factor in that weightloss or just my hard work and Meal prepping/diet. When I ran out, I carried on my diet and regimen without them for a few months and that's when I noticed their benefits. Since that time I have noticed less progress and my troubled areas have managed to stick around. So I purchased another bottle and I am hoping to see these problem areas melt away :)

I went from 225 to 195 pounds in a year using this product and not eating until 3PM each day. No negative side effects were experienced by me, except a loss of appetite, which lingered after I reached my weight goal. If you need to lose a bundle of pounds, this may be the best way to go.

No noticable negative side effects. My muscle tone seems to get better with taking 3 CLA softgels a day.Same with my husband. However, we heard after taking it that some people taking it,it will cause their body to deposit fat in their liver. We don't know if this is true, however, after taking it for about 4 weeks, my husband had his bloodwork taken again and his trigliceryides were through the roof! You be the judge.

Well the first package I received was empty!We took it to the UPS store & I had the CLA the next day. I like this product.

CLA does the job - I noticed a curbing of my appetite right off the bat. The key - and it took some research to determine this - is that CLA, in order to be fully effective, must be consumed in 1,000 (or more) mg at one time. These soft gels are perfect. Definitely take with food - there can be a slightly unpleasant aftertaste if taken alone.

I like CLA, I usually buy this when I restart a workout program. It's supposed to help reduce belly fat, im not sure if it does or it's just the exercise program it self but when Ive used it I have seen results.

It's been about three weeks since I've had this, and I can tell it's already taking a positive effect on my body! I'm barely hungry and it completely curbs my cravings. It also cleans me out, about 10 minutes after taking this, I have to use the restroom. Yet it as improved my appetite control :) I love it
