How do you catch the drips of water?

I use a dish mat underneath. I tend to wash the dish mat weekly so it doesn’t get moldy.

How do you attach the utensil box?

The utensil box has 2 small hooks that attach it to the rack, easily removes and adjusts. I love mine and want to get one for my camper. I use a large cookie sheet to drain into.

Can you seal the bamboo dish rack so it won’t mold?

I don’t know. I haven’t tried it but it’s worth trying in my opinion. Although I have a little mold on the legs but not too bad

What country is it made in?

I googled HBLife, the manufacturer, and the site said the company was based in China. Hope this helps.
