This review is for AUTOXBERT Driver Left Side Mirror Heated for Lexus RX330 2004-2006, RX350 2007-2009, RX400h 2006-2009 with Backing Plate. The product was delivered on-time, complete, well-packaged and essentially as described by the seller. The mirror was purchased as a replacement for a 2007 RX350; the dimming feature of the original mirror had failed such that large sections of the reflecting surface were permanently darkened. Fortunately, this new mirror does not have the dimming functionality; it does have the heating element for demisting/defrosting. The mirror is the right size and shape for my vehicle; however the plastic back-plate appears to be slightly out of tolerance. I struggled to get all four mounting points to snap securely into position; eventually (and after disassembling the entire mirror mounting mechanism) I discovered that two central guides on the back-plate did not mate exactly with recesses on the mounting mechanism. I had to open up that gap slightly in order to achieve a secure fit. Similarly, on transferring the two metal retainer clips from the original to new back-plate I had to open up the slot for one of the clips to slide in. I am deducting one star from my rating because of these challenges. The new mirror is now mounted and gives much improved visibility; I am hopeful that it will remain securely in place.

A junkyard mirror will cost you hundreds but this is usually all that needs replacing. Some slite modifications needed to the square holes that mount it at the top. This doesn’t come with the “spring arms” But you can use the ones from your original

I wanted to love this mirror replacement! It is clear and seemed to have all the correct wiring, clip retainers and cutouts to be a fantastic replacement. The removal and preparation to install were a bit of a learning curve but still a breeze... until the new mirror installation! Like I said, this replacement looks like a identical knockoff with all the correct wedges, clips, wiring and cutouts... but it would not clip in securely and "lock," rather snap into place. I am not a mechanic, just a skilled maintenance technician, but I have been wrenching on cars since I was 5 y.o.(40yrs), but I tried everything and it will not snap into the last clips to secure it into place. Rendering this replacement mirror useless. Fortunately for me I was able to find a great, used factory replacement mirror at a fair price. Maybe it'll work for you as it has for some, but for me it was just a waste of money. Good luck!

Was ok. A little hard to install and one of the clips was brittle and broke. Was also missing a connector and a circuit.

Save your money and order mirrors that are made of glass, these are plastic, and , they do not fit properly
