CPU overheating
I bought this in February 2023, and by April the preinstalled water cooler gave out (these are supposed to last 4-5 YEARS, not 1 month). The CPU would go from 50*C to 100*C in a matter of minutes just while booting up. Upon researching, it seems this is a fairly common problem with their systems. Their 1-year warranty covers sending you a replacement part but you have to pay to ship the faulty item back. Currently waiting for my water cooler (5-7 business days) which is supposedly the newer model, but I'm left wondering why Ibuypower is installing equipment they know to be faulty in the first place. If you don't believe me check their rating with the better business bureau. If the new part lasts longer than a month Ill come change this rating.

Didn't work
When it first arrived, it was not connecting to my monitor. After some time, I called support and they suggested I request and RMA to get my GPU replaced. After about 3 weeks, I got the GPU replaced. It seemed to be fine, however, it was overheating a bit too much. Around the 2nd day mark, it crashed and wasn't able to run anymore games. It kept crashing and turning off. I contacted support and they told to fix something in my BIOs. The problem kept continuing even then.

Great PC for Gaming-until it quit working
Packaged very well and even arrived a little early. Even got better ram than advertised, 2x16GB DDR5 5200mhz instead of 4x8GB DDR5 4800mhz.*Update: The computer started shutting off as if the power went out. Before that would happen the fans of the aio cooler would ramp up real high. I figure it was overheating and the cooler was defective, but I'm not an expert. I didn't even get to use it more than 2 weeks. Sent back for a refund.
