I bought I September 6th, it broke a little over a month later on October 14th. Part of it had seams coming lose already after the first two uses (right side in picture). But on the 14th the plastic buckle that holds it to the door broke. I gave it three stars because it did really help me before it broke. But they need a better sewing on the straps, and sturdy metal braces to hold it all together instead of plastic. (Also, I’m 5’2” and felt like this is made for someone 4’ tall- though I was still able to use it by sitting down or bending my knees)

Its not strong at all , the bracket on the top bend really easy ! waste of money !

I’ve broken several of the other ones in the past as I use it for extreme decompression. This one is made so much better and more comfortable. I suffer with bad spinal damage and nerve damage from injury and chronic Lyme. So I basically hang myself from a pull up bar with it to get releases deep in my spine and it’s been a game changer.

The buckle snapped after about 10 uses.

I suffer from neck pain because I have cervical arthritis. Bought it and have been using it 2 times a day, 10 minutes each time. And believe me, I have felt a great relief and slept much better. If you have neck or shoulder pain, I advise you!

I ordered one and it broke with the first use. I returned it and got another one and it broke on the first use. Any pressure on that plastic buckle and it snaps. Do not waste your money.

The original unit broke on first use. I've tried to modify it with no luck. The seller is replacing the item for me. Thank-You Very much!!!!!

I like this so much I order a second one. I have one for home and one for travel. This is a great item to take care of your neck.
