Does exactly what it says it does
I dont think this is great for public gyms, its not exactly fiddly, but it does take a few minutes to install.Once its on, its awesome! I get very hot when working out, and have 2 large fans in my home gym. I dont have to use either fan with this product, it moves a lot of air, directly at the rower! It makes my workout sessions incredibly quiet and efficient, I can get a workout without the need for any external power source

Does what it’s supposed to do
I could write a long review, but there’s really no point. It does what it supposed to do, blows air on you while you’re rowing.

Once it's installed, it's awesome!
I kinda doubt the claim of a 5-minute installation for people going to public gyms... but for our home rower, it's a permanent fixture. Indoor rowing employs 86% of the body's muscles (87% if you blink a lot, I guess) with zero impact: it's far better for your body. As disabled veterans, we've had all the impact we care to receive: so this rower is an awesome, one-stop workout. We love our Concept 2 rower! It's in our den, right in front of our large-screen 4K TV. I like to stream indoor rower scenery while I work out wearing headphones for music. The one thing I DIDN'T have was a breeze to cool me off! And that's where this little piece of magic comes in.It routes the air from the flywheel right toward the seat - the more I row, the more air I get blowing on me! It's freaking awesome! The one cruel irony is that if you're doing some intense rowing and need MORE air, you have to row HARDER to get it LOLCaveat: directing the air like this knocks down the drag factor... so if you normally use a 3 or 4 on the damper setting, you'll want to turn it up to 5.5 or 6 to get the same resistance. If you enjoy indoor rowing but work up a serious sweat doing it (and well you should), I highly recommend this without reservation. It will take some fiddling around to get the installation right... it did me, anyway. Once you have it on your rower, though, you will never want to row without it. It's that awesome!

Works as expected and much more reasonable price compared to cbreeze
It works exactly as I expected. Definitely worth the price. The amount of wind when I am rowing at 150W is similar to a box fan at the lowest level which is enough for most days throughout the year.It took me about 2 minutes to install on my second try so I suppose it is possible to bring it to the gym and install it every time before use. One downside is that this will significantly lower the drag factor for the same damper setting. It might be impossible to get drag factors>150 with it installed on the usually dusty c2 in gyms. Therefore, it should be good for UT1 UT2 sessions, but probably not ideal for a 2k test session ;)PS: Yes. This is a copy of cbreeze. But I looked up and found cbreeze's patent expired years ago so I no longer felt guilty choosing this one over cbreeze given it is only half the price.
