Real AloeAloe Vera Gelly - Unscented 8 oz (230 ml) Gel

Our family favorite for a long time. The gold standard of aloe gels, except for the fresh supply from actual aloe plants that you may have in your garden. This gel is great for so many things, from sunburn relief, to hair gel, to helping your garden veggies deal with aphids, to wound healing. Scent-free and long-lasting.

This is wonderful stuff. I have very dry skin on my face, and this has been helping a lot. I mix it with another oil free moisturizer and the blend is making my skin very soft and hydrated. It doesn't have anything in it that will cause acne and no extra dyes, scents, or parabens. Very soothing and good for sensitive skin. It is shelf stable and does not need to be refrigerated. The consistency is a watery gel and feels amazing once it has a chance to sink in ( it does feel somewhat tight when it first dries, but it goes away after a few minutes). I think this product is as close to the gel from the pure plant that you can get without having a plant or buying a refrigerated product. Highly recommend

This is one of my favorite products. I have been using Real Aloe aloe vera products since the mid 70's when the owner used to make the rounds to health food stores in California from the aloe farms in Texas. We had a natural food store and bakery at the time in South Lake Tahoe. I can remember burning my hand on a hot bread pan and applying aloe vera gel to the spot 3 times in a hour and how the red spot stopped hurting shortly thereafter. This Gelly product is really great on burns. But surprisingly, it also works as a gentle hair gel. No scent and it provides just enough firmness to prevent wild hair syndrom. The related aloe vera juice (not this product!) works wonders for most stomach ailments such as acid stomach. Aloe vera works on burns, both inside and out. In summary, this is a great product from a good company that has stood the test of time.

I like this aloe vera gelly for it's smoothe application and quickness to absorb. It's organic and unscented which I prefer and adds a layer of soft protection to the skin. I have purchased this one several times.

I love using Aloe to mix with other things.It doesn’t smell good but its not supposed to.It doesn’t moisturize well on its own so you will need to mix or layer. If you are very oily then it is probably all you need. I use it for its healing properties and toning effect. It also works well as a water based primer before water based makeup but mix with a little moisturizer if you are dry.

I don't know what makes this different from the several other brands I've used, but it is different in consistency and in the way it works for my hair. This brand contains xantham gum, but most do, and also Irish moss. Maybe my hair likes these ingredients too? My hair loooves this aloe vera as a leave-in. It actually leaves my naturally curly hair defined with little frizz! With no product, my hair looks like cotton candy with a few curls and waves, but with this, it looks as good as it does with my hair products that cost twice as much! If I use a protein spray (Giovanni or Braziliana) and then this, it looks even better than with my holy grail hair product! Also, it works great on my hair dry after some sections have gotten frizzy and gives it definition again. Most products I've used to try and refresh my dry hair make it look worse. I've also tried the spray version of this, it's nice for skin but this is way better for my hair.

This is the only pure real no added ingredients Aloe gel I buy. It's the best I've ever used.
