Poor design regarding bungee shock cord attachment. Try a different model
The machine itself looks well-made, although assembly is quite maddening because of the frayed bungee jump cord ends that have caused significant frustration and stress.The bungee jump cord ends fray easily when trying to put them back into little plastic sleeves that do not open or allow for easy bungee cord insertion. For such an apparently well-made machine, this seems like an incredibly poor design choice.Customer support was very patient and helpful which makes the machine more useful.
