I’m a huge skeptic, but for $17 I figured it was worth a shot. I am a stress-eater so I know that most of the time when I feel hungry it is likely due to emotion (e.g., boredom, nervousness, stress, etc.) For the past couple of days when I started to grab for snacks I took a couple of light sniffs of this stuff and the urge was GONE! I’m not even kidding. The smell is a nice and citrusy like oranges and lemons so it has a pleasant uplift to it as well. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed this doesn’t work at all, a waste of money and time it’s something you can use for a stuffy nose like Vicks inhaler with a mint scent this is not effective as a weight lost product.

Truly works, it helps to control my cravings of snacking when I am under pressure. Calms me down and the scent it's so good. highly recommended. I will tell my family and friends to use all the line of products specially the one for weight, calm and sleep. Thank You for this natural approach to find balance with out dangerous chemicals.

I just got my product and had not eaten. I inhaled twice and it curbed my appetite. It has a citrus smell that you can smell immediately when you open the packet. Can’t wait to see how my weight loss journey goes with using it.

Just got mines today will see if it works will come back on here in a week to see if it really works.

Saw no results

I must say I was sceptical at first, but this thing works! I've been using it for 2 weeks now and lost almost 10 lbs without having to starve myself at all. I think it partially works because it keeps me busy doing something with my hands instead of reaching for food, LOL! We all know that part of a habit is the physical element of doing the thing, like making and drinking coffee is part of coffee addiction - this product helped me tackle that very element around eating snacks. Wow!

I got this awhile ago , I’d say a couple months ago to be exact and I waited to make a review so I can share my actual results . This does not work at all …I did what I needed to do and used it as long as I could , my appetite was still the same as well as my weight even with a slight change in my diet . This product is a placebo effect , if you believe in your mind that this will then it will work because that’s what you want but in reality it doesn’t . I had better luck with apple cider vinegar pills , I’d suggest to anyone looking forward to losing weight to just go on a calorie deficit diet or resort to weigh lost pills OR Apple cider vinegar gummies . Don’t waste your money YALL , have a good day!
