Been using a device like this for years. Don't expect results immediately. I'm 75 and have my old butt back.

I’ve been using this for close to two months since I haven’t been able to workout and I’ve noticed my body is more toned. Love it

I bought this as I needed to replace my slender- tone device that stopped working after 8 years of on and off use.Immediately out of the box I was happily surprised to see that the device was very similar to my slender tone. I then realized an immediate difference between the two belts… this belt has flat “wires” running under the fabric as opposed to the thick almost “button” shaped pieces on the slender tone. This is where the pads lay over and create the pulsing sensation. The difference when turned on was obvious. This device is very weak, similar to a tens unit where as the slender tone is that of an ems unit. I could rarely go above a 70 on my slender tone. This device I maxed out on 150 and it still only felt like a minor muscle vibration, not a true contraction. I tried using for two weeks, although not a long time, I never felt any soreness. It just doesn’t seem to generate enough power to actually contract the muscle. Another negative is the size of the thigh straps. They are small. I have somewhat thin legs (sz 2) I had to pull tight to attach the Velcro, they fit very snug. Item has been returned. Still on the hunt for a product similar to quality as the slender tone.

I had a bottom belt/skirt from a good brand: Slendertone, but unfortunately stopped working. I tried to get another one from them, but seems like they’re closing down. So, I got another cheapy one that was too weak and returned it. Then, I found this one for a decent price and it feels as strong as the Slendertone. I love their design without the skirt because is way more practical and convenient.

doesnt work. I have other muscle stimulators that I use all the time so I know how to use these. But this one doesnt work

This trainer is definitely not leather for one thing. It is very cheaply made for the price. The leg straps are too small to use. Made for people with already thin waist...Not worth the price at all. Very unhappy.

Used everyday for almost month and did nothing. Had to stop because gel pads wore away slightly and started shocking rather than stimulating.
