Looks small, but fits great
I noticed several reviewers saying that they sent it back without trying it saying it was too small. However, I also saw several reviewers saying it looked small, but fits great. I'm glad I read others' review. Yes, my first impression was "this can't be right, this thing is tiny!" However, it does change shape after you boil it, and stays in that shape after going through the instructions. I fits great, didn't restrict my breathing. I don't know durability as I used it just once so far.

Top of the line
I train bjj and have tried several mouth guards. This one is by far my favorite. The gel makes it’s super comfortable and absorbs impact well. Would definitely recommend, try this one out if you aren’t sure what mouth guard to go with. Worth the money for sure.

Fits ok
Decent price. Bought because it had good reviews, but it isn't really anything special. The only part that actually changes shape when you fit it is the top colored part, the black bottom part does not form you the mouth during the fitting process. What results is that the shape is quite as good of a fit and it isn't very tight, so if you open your mouth it doesn't hold itself onto your top teeth. When I was in football you could get this from any standard mouth guard bought at Walmart and it is nice because if you need to breath a lot or talk while using it, you don't need to worry about the mouth guard moving around or falling out if you open your mouth. Luckily for me, I am just using this to put in my mouth while weight lifting so I can get more tension, so I do not need to worry about it falling out, but if you're playing a sport I wouldn't recommend this mouth gaurd.

Comfortable
I train BJJ as a hobbyist. I used some mouth guard from a big name store that was probably for football or something but it was bulky and I never liked it. Decided to look for a nicer one and found this. Great for the price. Case is nice and has holes to improve airflow. Molded to my teeth great.

Horrible instructions, horrible fit, horrible everything!
The instructions that come with the guard are COMPLETELY different than the ones on amazon. 90 seconds in hot water vs 120, cool the guard for 1 second under running water vs 90 seconds in air.Sizing is horribly off. This is NOT an adult mouth guard at all. First fitting the guard was so small it wouldn’t fit my mouth and wouldn’t stay in place due to being so small. It would literally push itself off my teeth because of the size. Finally figured out the 10 minutes in the ice water was shrinking the rubber back to it’s shipped size as well so even if it fit while slightly warm it would shrink back and push itself off after I did the ice bath. I did 6 retries on fittings. Most of the plastic gel has pushed itself out of the rubber and activates my gag reflex so even if I grit my teeth I feel like I have to puke. The guard won’t even stay in my mouth now when I open my jaw it’s been refitted so many times it can’t be used.I bought this on the recommendation of my brother who has one and swore by it. After this, I’m going back to my shock doctor mouthguard until I can have my dentist make me a custom guard at great expense. $20 to learn something I already knew I was going to do.

Easy to use.
Easy to use mouth guard. I use this for lifting weights. I wouldn’t recommend using this for sparring as it feels a bit insecure in your mouth.
