I have taken propolis for almost more than 15 years. I put a propolis tablet on my tongue and have it dissolved with my saliva and then swallow it.With this secret I have been able to stay away from cold and I think I definitely know what it tastes like. It is very bitter.By the way this propolis tastes different than all I have tasted for that long period(15 yrs). It tastes like pollen.I do not have any evidence to prove it is not propolis but pollen but my tongue knows it
