These are perfect for what I wanted them for, to put a cable high on the garage wall so no cats etc could get at it to chew. Easy to put up, simply rawlplugged the wall single screw each for these, inserted a cable tie - job done

I wanted to clip to the wall some irrigation pipes for hanging baskets. These items did the job well.

Make sure you measure to associate the size of tie you plan to use and determine what size of bundle that you are going to use, not sure what the operating temperature is, but a functional cost effective way to fit and mount network cables
