received open package.... So much of the serum was dropped out of the box..... Not satisfied the way you delivered this much costly products.... Full payment and received less. On other hand [the serum is quality wise best #5 star] but quantity was less due to opened nosle.

This product has really worked to make my hair look better. I have 3a/3b wavy hair and my hair was such that nothing would keep it down. It was frizzy and unruly...I have course, high porosity hair. This product works to keep my hair under control. This is the 2nd time I bought this. The first had a nice hibiscus smell. This one smells different, more like talcum powder, but it still does work on my hair. I oil my hair for 2 hours before shampooing it. No conditioner after shampoo. I didn't find any difference while using conditioner. While the hair is wet I apply tru serum. I have tried several serums/hair products in the past, and this is one of the few that work for me.Not sure it would work on thin non-porous hair, as it may have an oily effect.

I have oily scalp, wavy and not so frizzy hair. I just randomly decided to switch my brillare serum with this one due to reviews. The reviews failed me! It’s literal oil NOT a serum!Due to it’s oiliness my already troubled scalp started having scalp acne. I had to apply tee tree oil to soothe the red pimple bumps all over my scalp. The Bangalore weather during this time makes it worse.I wouldn’t suggest to sensitive oily scalp. May be used by extremely dry hair types or to have that slick hairdo as a styling oil.Hope this helps.Mrs. Steele

I just used it, fragrance is amazing, gave softness to my hair. Take 2 drops and rub it on palm then apply to hair. In the beginning u will feel the oil in hair then eventually oil will vanish and soft hair will be shown
