STAY AWAY!!! Lever failed catastrophically after 2 months
STAY AWAY!!! Entry lever failed after 2 months of use. While entering the house from the garage the internals of the lock broke, causing the door to remain in the closed position. neither side of the lock could be used to open the door.Lucky this was not an emergency and no one was hurt, but it could have been a total different story if it was.I have filed a unsafe product report at SaferProducts.gov.I have contacted Brinks for a refund, but they refused and would only replace the product.

Very useful and solid
After three weeks of use I am very happy with this product. It is as useful as you hope it would be, and easy to open with your hands full. Unlike some other customers, I find the set to be sturdy and so loudly attached to the door. The only advice is that during installation, if you have to adjust the mounting plate (to fit to your door thickness), the process begins by using a Phillips screw driver to unscrew the two screw posts - you actually insert the screw driver tip into the center tube of the screw post and turn. I didn’t appreciate that the screw post Center tube as designed to accept a screw driver tip.

It's nice
Overall I really like it. I have two kids that have sensory disorder and fine motor skill issues. I could see how for someone with a disability who can only possibly push a handle or pull handle push it up push it down whatever they need to do this would be an incredible door handle. It's not quite as easy to install as they make you believe though. Especially since apparently I have a thicker door so I had to adjust the door handle but on the other hand I'm happy that it did have the adjustment. And I still haven't figured out the screw that goes in I still haven't figured out the screw in The Shield when I screw it in it doesn't go in all the way so it's sticking out and you hit your hand on it.

Never Use a Standard Door Knob Again, Use the PUSH PULL RoTATE by Brinks!!!
I absolutely love these handles. I have replaced all my door handles with them including 2 exterior ones. The push/pull feature is terrific, even my husband likes them, and he usually does not like "change". When you have an armful full of groceries, all you have to do is push the handle, very convenient over struggling to turn a knob to get in. I find I am now using the push/pull action all the time verses the usual way. We have had them around 3-4 months and they great! their customer service has also been fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is replacing door knobs or building a new home... they also have a nice selection to choose from.

Good concept, needs some work.
Install will be the most difficult part on these as if you don't get it right it will bind and not work as designed. But overall, these are quite nice in function.

Installed fairly easily. Packaging is very good
Installed fairly easily. Packaging is very good. The door knob feels flimsy once installed. The push feature is extremely stiff even though the fit in the door and the jamb are both perfect. In fact, the push feature is so stiff it is rendered unusable. (We are unable to open the door using our hips/butts.)As a lever door knob it's just mediocre. A good idea poorly implemented. If it weren't for the fact that prepackaging it is nearly impossible, I would return it.

I like this a lot
I like this a lot. I have it on double French doors we go into every day all day. I find myself using the push and pull frequently. The only thing was the lock mechanism on one of the two I bought when shut would lock on its own. Instead of sending it back I just super glued the little lock pin so it couldn't rattle to the locked position. The other handle does not have this problem I'm assuming it was an isolated handle that did it. Easy to install. Came with a couple of installing options for different style of doors.

Not great as a replacement knob.
A great idea. Probably best used on interior doors. On exterior doors, if there is even slight pressure on the door when it is closed (due to weather stripping), the handle becomes very stiff and hard to operate. To boot, of you try to push the door closed with the handle, the latch retracts, allowing the door the pop open again. I can imagine this being less of an issue if you're doing new construction and can fine-tune the pressure between the door and the weather stripping when the door is closed.
