Works for me
I’ve had back problems for many years. What I liked about this belt was the moveable pad which you place on the inside of the belt so that it covers the centre of your pain. It’s also better designed for lower back pain than any other belt I own. This is my go to belt now whenever my back starts to play me up!

Excellent fit
It's an excellent fit . I'm a larger guy with a 52 inch belly . It fitted great with about 4 inches to play with . So comfortable and an excellent buy . Highly recommend
