Damaged. Does not work.
The media could not be loaded. Arrived with bulb broken in the box. The lamp was damp and chipped. Plug the lamp in and it blew the bulb instantly. Not happy. As was supposed to be a gift!

Came with 2 bulbs. Very Good value. Only thing I would mention is box was bit squashed but I understand this would be for delivery safety. It was for a present or it wouldn’t have mattered. Lamp wasn’t damaged so would still recommend

Bashed box, broken / exposed fitting, plug bent
Second order after the first salt lamp appeared the have broken on half and was glued back together! Thus made for a poor illumination so was returned. I ordered another but the internal fitting was smashed but worked so didn't bother returning. It came with 2 bulbs. The first bulb lasted 2 days before it blew! Cheap purchase so I suppose youbget what you pay for :-(
