UnicelC-7488-4 Replacement Cartridges for C4025/C4030 Filters, 4-Pack

I am thrilled with this product. Recently, in Houston, we had a huge storm and my pool was filled with mulch and other garden soil from around the pool. The original Hayward filters were clogged and I cleaned them several times but they just could not be salvaged any more. I looked at Hayward replacements (locally and online) and then I found these. I saved nearly $100 from the local purchase price and these fit like a glove in my filter. I use the skimmer sock to help filter debris before it reaches these filters and my water is looking crystal clear.

These filters were an exact fit for the Hayward filter housing and were less expensive than the filters labeled as "Hayward" here at Amazon. They seem to be exactly the same quality as the OEM Hayward filters they have replaced. Shipping was very fast so that is a plus.If you need these type of filters I would say go ahead and get these and save a little.

Backup for HVAC I live in Phoenix, and this is a common failure item for HVACs. They are inexpensive, and easy to replace on your own. Many youtube "how to" videos on the topic. Neighbor just had his go out; he purchased a fan motor for $160, which did not fix the problem, then paid someone $241 to replace this part...it was replaced in 15 minutes, and the part (depends on which model AC you have) runs between $10 and $25. Cheap insurance.

Fit perfectly on my Hayward 4030. I would suggest buying the elbow gasket for the manifold and replace at same time. Mine was cracked and I had to make due until the new gasket arrived. Only a couple of bucks on Amazon. Easier to do replace it at same time as filters.

I have ordered these pool filters from Amazon for the past 8 years as I replace them at lease once a year. They are Hayward filters as the labels on both boxes identify them as Hayward C-7488-4 CX880XRE 4-Pack Quad Pack Pool Cartridge Filters. I have read prior remarks from an individual that these are not Hayward filters but I can say that every replacement order I have made are clearly identified as Hayward from the first time I replaced them from the new cartridge container.Amazon stocks this item and it is delivered in just a few days. They are packed in one box that is labeled and then a larger box with packing material also labeled to protect the filters from any possible delivery damage which I've never experienced in my past orders. I will continue to purchase this item from Amazon as long as they are available.

These are essentially identical but much less expensive than my initial Hayward brand filters. They fit perfectly and work great.

Had to clean them every 3 days or my pool sweep wouldn’t work. They weren’t that dirty and when I asked Leslie pools a local store he said something’s on line aren’t them same even though the brand and model number were the same. So I bought some from them and through these away….. a big waste of money and I wrote the company and they never replied! Very poor quality and no customer service!

received these filters and installed immediately replacing original set. From the get go, pool performance has improved (pressure, cleanliness of water) and no issues. Won't hesitate to get another set of these when time comes to replace.
