Helps me a lot with my sciatica and neck pain. Love the heat feature. I would love a cordless version as I have found that the flex sometimes gets in the way. I only use it on the lowest setting as for me the highest is a little bit painful.

Good piece of kit. I used to own one of the other brands. A full back version that had multiple modes. That was excellent and lasted several years. My recent spait of backache shad me looking into this style...namely smaller, portable and robust. It's certainly all of these things. It gives you a right good turnover. It took me 4 days to feel like I wanted to go back to it. Its pretty sturdy so don't expect any subtlety. It's soothes, aches and hurts a bit. Worth it for the money. 1 downside: the cable splits to swap out power supply. It likes to separate.

The buttons to change setting are difficult to reach when the device is in use. This means you have to pull it around from behind you to press the button and then re adjust the position every time. This twisting motion is the worst thing for lumbar pain.The material is sewn too tight and the traction and pulling from the massage nodes cause it to rip.I bought this because my previous one which I had from another brand for 4 years was coming to the end of its life.I’m very disappointed this only lasted a week. Not worth the price. I would expect a refund as it isn’t cheap either.

Good machine it was a present for my mum for Christmas and works well just a shame the cover has split and unable to find out how to get a replacement cover as no details on warranty or anything which isn’t good. Customers should under the Consumer Act have the ability for a refund or replacement if not up to standards
