This product works well for me I needed it

I have been taking this for the last year along with K2 MK-7 after 3 years of ultrasound bone density tests showing slow continuing decline. In about 13 months my recent test showed that my density went from .771 to .898, normal range. Very happy with the result! Turns out I no longer need to schedule a dexascan. I will continue taking it gladly.

I bought these for the 1500mg of Calcium. However, the label shows Calcium 525mg (from 1500mg of Coral Calcium). It says the serving size is one capsule. And it's 525 mg. Then it says for adults, take 1 capsule twice daily. This is only 1050mg. So what am I really taking here? I need 1500 mg. They are large capsules but ok for swallowing. I'm not good with pills, preferring the gel caps. If it was clearly labeled, it could be a 5 star from me.
