I'm so glad I finally bought an actual hair color bowl. Before this, I just had a regular kitchen bowl that I had designated as "the dye bowl" – it was not ideal haha. This bowl is very reasonably-priced for the quality you are getting. It's not a cheapo, flimsy bowl at all. It is sturdy plastic and the rubber ring at the bottom prevents it from falling off the counter top or sink area. The clear color and measurement lines let you see exactly what you are mixing, unlike opaque bowls. The handle is useful and the little pour spout also doubles as a brush rest so you don't get dye all over the handle. The plastic cleans off easily with soap and water, and it does not stain at all. No complaints about this bowl.Side note: keep in mind the size of the bowl when you are ordering. It holds 6oz of liquid. If you have really long hair and typically use a lot of dye, you may want to order a second bowl or a bigger size.

I long ago stopped doing cosmetology professionally but still had most of my tools for a long time after. Not anymore after these last few moves! I finally had enough of not having what I needed so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how inexpensive a lot of the cosmetology supplies were on Amazon. The biggest thing I needed was to get another color bowl, and this one fit the bill. Sturdy, easy to clean (when I remember to clean it right away), and hasn't broken down at all after months and months of use. Have used both regular dyes and bleaches among others. Also great for conditioning treatments. Will probably get more.

The measurements on the side are so helpful because I love to mix my own custom colors. The bowl is attractive and holds a good deal of dye.My favorite thing about this bowl has got to be how easy it is to clean! I pop it in a sink of warm, soapy water and just use my hands to wash it. I've also put some really, really strong dye in here and it has not gotten discolored at all!I also love the sturdy rubber ring on the bottom, it prevents the bowl from moving around while in use. Overall: great bowl for an excellent price!If you're looking for a brush and bowl on a budget this is a great option. I use this bowl with the Veribel Large Dye Brush which is also extremely affordable.

This little bowl is the perfect size for what little I actually do with my hair. I've only used it once but had no issues. It held the amount of product I needed, there are markings on the bottom as well as sides for measurement, and the black ring around the bottom helps keep it in place. I was also able to easily wash the bowl out and clean it up with no residue or discoloration whatsoever. After some air drying I placed it back in my closet until next time. It's great for the occasional use that I needed it for.

This is a sturdy color bowl with both ml and ounces. The handle is sturdy so it doesn't bend or flop when you carry it around. Ounce hash marks start at 2.This is great. My husband is happy that I can stop using our kitchen measuring cup. Definitely recommended!
