Yes and Yes not bad as flow master helps with gas mileage

Q: are these loud? i installed flow master series 50 on my '56 Belair and they are way too loud

Put them on my 2016 hemi 300s and they were the right mix of volume and tone. Deep low rumble loud but not droning or obnoxious.
