After wearing the trainer for a couple of days I already notice a difference. It does improve my posture and it has released back pain. I only wish the webbing was thicker, as it’s flimsy enough that it twists up like a rope (see photos). Besides that it seems to be working well.

I Purchased this product based on positive reviews and once again you can never trust reviews. I would give this product 2 1/2 stars. Not the worst product but compared to other Posture brace is this product does not deserve any more than 2 1/2 stars. It goes on fairly easy once you get used to it but you have to continually adjusted and it’s really not that comfortable. My recommendation is to look further and buy another product.

Thia seems to be good quality, I can see how it would be comfortable and effective. However... it is not for small people. I can't even wear it. I'm 5'2" and 97lbs, it is twice the size of my shoulders on the smallest setting. When I hunch I barely feel the back behind my shoulder blades.

This is by far the most ridiculous product I have every purchased. NOTHING about this product is correct. One size DOES NOT fit all. It is a cheap product manufactured in China that does nothing that it says it does. The small circle that the image shows in the center of your back actually comes up almost to your neck. It DOES NOT bring your shoulders into alignment but rather just tightens around your arms making wearing it extremely uncomfortable. I returned mine the same day I put it on it was such a bad product. Save yourself the time, energy and money and look for something else because this product does NOTHING it says it does in the description and it will NOT fit like it shows in the picture.

I’m 5’2”, 118 lbs, 33” chest. This did not fit me correctly. There is too much fabric bunching under my arms when I tighten it to the correct position. “One size fits all” only fits a mid range of sizes. If you are a size 4 or below, this will be too big for you.Most sellers have at least two sizes, to also accommodate those whose size is at the bottom or top of the range. I’m returning this and getting a Small from another seller.
