Though I've only been using it a month I have lost a couple pounds when I've paired it with apple cider vinegar. Taking them both twice a day. Pairing the vinegar with tea and taking two extreme fit 180. Once in the morning and once before bed.

I've noticed that I do have a little more energy and it does suppress some of my cravings. Haven't used it that long so not sure about the weight loss part of it but my holistic doctor took a look at it and he liked the ingredients. I take it in the morning with apple cider vinegar and I do feel better.

So far, the product doesn’t seems to be working and I’ve been taking it for 17 days. I feel like I’ve gained weight and my clothes are fitting more tightly around my stomach and hips. I still feel reallt bloated in the afternoon and evening! What am I doing wrong?!!!

So far the product has been good. I like that i didbt have the bervous gitters most weight loss pills give you. Too soon to tell if its working but im gonna keep going for sure
