I had a DEXA scan done two years ago, primarily for bodyfat assessment. I had no indication at all that my bone density values would be anything but excellent since I've spent years doing strength training. To my shock, I learned that my spine and right forearm were osteopenic. I had doubts about calcium supplementation since my diet is rich in calcium already and decided to try StronBone instead. I just completed another DEXA scan yesterday and my scores had soared - well into the green "safe" zone! Been suffering with major joint pain in many areas of the body due to Lupus over the last year. Have tried many things and have remained physically active through that time. Almost through my first bottle of this and already notice a difference! Although pain is still there, it is much more manageable. Wife has noticed that I am more energetic then before and can now handle a full days work outside without having to take Aleve. Workout intensity has improved thanks to this product! Also taking Shroom tech and Krill Oil but really noticed the difference when I started with Stron Bone. Highly recommend this product! Gets a 4 due to difficulty with swallowing.

The best supplement for joints there is. Quick Delivery, good product, works as advertised. Priced lower but had same features as competitors. I would definitely buy again.

This product does not deliver. Dont waste your money. And unlike a lot of these supplement there is no love it or get your money back. Cant imagine many return for a second bottle.

If you don't crush these pills up and put them in a smoothie or a glass of water to chug.... good luck to you. I read other reviews about people having a hard time swallowing these pills, but I thought I was a tough guy and ignored them; until I nearly choked to death on them. I've never been that scared in my life the second that pill got stuck... But whatever. I've swallowed the wafer vitamin C tablets the size of a U.S. quarter dollar before without an issue, but for some reason these pills are very difficult to swallow. They're very chalky and do not slide down the throat easily at all. You can break them in half, but it simply makes for jagged edges that will scratch your throat.A trick I always use to take supplements or any pill for that matter, is to drink a bunch of water first, pop a pill, fill my mouth with water and swallow it altogether. I've never had a problem with a pill before until the Stron Bone pills. When I tried this trick with a Stron Bone pill I nearly choked to death. I began hacking as the pill got stuck in my throat. Of course since I was swallowing liquid, my wind pipe was closed so I couldn't breather... I began to cough and spewed up a ton of water when finally the pill began it's slow, 2 hour painful descent into my esophagus. I ate food, drank water, at more food and just had to wait for the pill to dissolve.Feedback to Onnit: Provide these pills with a coating like advi| does so the pill can descend easier. Or better yet, instead of shaping the powder into these big a$$ pills, perhaps you could provide them in capsule form like the Alpha Brain pills; then apply a 6 pill daily intake instead of 3 giant hard to swallow chalky pills. I take other pills the size of these Stron Bone pills with no issue, but these things, in their current form, grip your throat like I've never experienced before.As for how my bones and joints feel, I've only been taking this for a week so I will report back with results, but nothing noticeable yet.

For a few people who need a bone supplement on it does it’s best to cover all bone supplementation with this product. Only place I’ve seen to get all vitamins listed in one product.
