This is exactly what I wanted. I weatherproofed the frame and hung this in my porch. I live in a very sociable area and get spontaneous visitors. Sometimes someone knocking on my door can distract me from my academic work. So along with a very polite "Sorry I'm busy...do not disturb" sign, I have this for people to write messages on should they not have pen &paper on them. I tend to turn my phone off whilst I'm working so this comes in very handy. Witty neighbours leave some hilarious comments. Highly recommended. Good quality product and great value for money. Cheap product and it shows. I didn’t expect much for the price and it will do for what I want. For more substantial board I will get a piece of wood and paint it with blackboard paint.
