Misfits Like Us (Like Us Series: Billionaires & Bodyguards Book 11)

Before anything: bad things will be ignored because I'm not just very biased but I'm also pretty hypocritical sometimes.I liked this book. I mean, I already loved Luna (mostly her) and Donnelly a lot, so getting to know them better and getting to see what's going on in their weirdo (not in a bad sense) minds was something I liked very much. Luna with no middle name, my one and only wannabe alien best girl, deserves all the happiness in the world. And even though she can't see that yet, she's so strong and amazing, I wish I could give her a hug. And Donnelly, gosh, getting to know his mind and his past (which is twisted and sad) was just wow—can't get more of these, to solve and understand him better. Plus, I need him to be happy too, he's been through a lot already, and deserves to find peace and joy.Well, Lunnelly is such a cute couple—that I'd loved from the very beginning, so my opinions might not be very consistent—, and I loved their scenes. I mean, the mutual pining and the angst?? Gosh. Also, their friendship and dynamic were fun to enjoy and to love.Now, a little dump of things I liked: I loved to see more of the Hales, idc I just really was missing them already (and I mean ALL of them, which totally and definitely includes from Lo to Farrow and baby Ripley). Also, Luna's friendship with Eliot and Tom!!!! I love my troublemakers, can't wait to see more and more of their friendship. And Luna's relationship with Charlie—we didn't get much of this, but Idk I just really like them. And definitely liked Beckett and Donelly's scene (it hurt but yeah). Also, the "crumbs" of Winona and Jesse—not sure if they'll be a thing (I hope so), but if that's the case, Nona really will make the poor boy work for it. OH, AND CAN'T FORGET THE BECKETTJO CRUMBS!!!!!!!! I really hope KBR decide to give them books because it could be outstanding—they truly have so much potential, I hope the twins won't waste it.And yet I said I was going to ignore bad things, I can't just not mention this. And I wish I had nothing to say about it, but these twins are the freaking QUEENS of writing cringy scenes. For some moments I really had to stop reading, take a breath then come back because they barely gave me a break.Anyways, I liked how the book ends and can't wait for the next two (I swear I'll be living in agony until my babies can finally be happy and together).

An ultra-romantic book, for me the most romantic of the saga including the book by Willow and Garrett. I loved the unique way of communicating between Donnelly and Luna, I found it so real, the language of the lovers, beautiful to read. Luna is a little insecure, but who isn't at 20? and that's where the book makes all the difference, and I can't stop imagining what the next book will be like, but even insecure she faces Lo firmly and tenderly, yes she is pure magic and Lo is at 50 has a taste of maturity. Donnelly is everything we hope for and then some, his altruism is touching. a romantic book with light philosophical reflections and above all a book to read and reread, to laugh, to dream and to love.

I loved it!! It was a great intro to luna and Donnelly’s relationship!! Loved how we got to see more of Xander, tom and Eliot. I also cannot wait to see Lo and Donnelly taking down Donnelly's family. On a side note, this book made me miss the core six even more.

I liked this book, I LOVED the characters which is a very regular occurrence when reading krista and becca ritchie. They just know how to write characters that people will fall in love with. This book fits In quite well with the like us series but the addicted/calloway series will forever be top tier.

I could just read domestic scenes about their characters ALL DAY.Lunnelly were just so cute. I loved how their relationship was built and how much they care for each other.Donnelly is such a sweetheart. Truly. To everyone. I love this man 😭 The way he embraces himself. The way he calls Xander's Little Elf. The way he worries and cares for the people he loves. And he's so GOOD to Luna. I swear they're soulmates!I can't wait to read the other two books about Lunnelly. And I need the other romances as well ASAP like gimme Tom's romance, Leo/Beckett/Joana's romance, Charlie/Roxanne's romance, Eliot's romance and I need Xander/Easton's romance too (even if I know they're not confirmed, I hope KB decided to put them together because they fill me with joy).
