How strong are the bristles? i use capture carpet and rug dry cleaner

As it states in the description - "Two brush settings for carpet (light blue for easy and dark blue for aggressive". The dark blue bristles are pretty stiff and does a good job when using carpet cleaner.

I've purchased a few of these kind of brushes. My only problem is cleaning them. How do you clean this brush?

Normally you just need to rinse under hot water and store using the hanger hole in the handle cap to let dry. Regards, The Cleanovation Team

Is this brush suppose to roll easy? The rollers on my brush don't even rest on the floor. I can barely push this broom! Is mine defective?

The two rollers are Not designed to 'rest on the floor'. The rollers are designed to be recessed from the ends of the brushes, so the brush ends can work on the carpet. The rollers are depth guides, so the brush ends don't get flatten. This tool is basically a hand brush on a pole, with two different stiffness brush choices.

Can i use this with a pet enzyme cleaner? Getting a new puppy but I can no longer do the "get down on hands and knees" blotting/scrubbing bit.

You should be able to. I use mine with carpet and upholstery cleaner and also pet spot remover.
