I was looking for a daylight bulb this is 5000k but it is not daylight it gives off this bluish Tint. And yeah I will still use these but I want bright daylight bulbs these are going in a ceiling fan.

Hi, I’m tired of going to the big box stores and having to spend an hour reading the specs and fine print on light bulbs! So one of my favorite things about buying from Amazon is that if I’ve bought once before, I can usually look it up and buy it again. Every time I go to the big box stores for light bulbs, they never have the ones I’ve bought before?? So in many of our light fixtures, the bulbs are dying (it’s been 20+ years and they’re all old filament types and they’re done! So I’m replacing them with led types! I bought a 6 pack of ceiling fan from Amazon making sure they’re frosted, and led based, and soft white, daylight type, and that they’re dimmable, and that they’re at least 350-400 lumens. The new ones burn 4W each, the old ones were 40W x3 or 120W!! So these are nice to look at, way brighter and use way less electricity! I have most of my ceiling fans on dimmers to keep the power down but now I can dial in the brightness I want. These bulbs produce at least 20% more light each and I am really happy! So I just ordered another 6 pack to use in my guest bedroom remodel activity to replace the harsh, non frosted ones that came with the ceiling fan for that room! I can’t wait to change to these new led bulbs to stop the “harsh” comments I’ve gotten up to now! So another set on order, I’ll get them tomorrow, no worries, no taking them back and exchanging them with the trial and error routine! Thank you Amazon!!Dave Smith

When I got this box of bulbs yesterday, it states that this is refrigerator bulbs?????? What’s that?? I bought these cos I thought they were ceiling fan bulbs. I’ll try them anyway and see how they last. If not, I’ll adjust my feedback accordingly.

Smaller bulb than the typical average-sized bulb. Brightness is as expected but not more than the usual bulb.

It was a good brightness for a 3 lamp vanity light over a mirror. The smaller A15 bulb shape was a nice fit without hanging out the bottom of the globe. Not overly white or too yellow light.

Very pleasant lighting effect. Not too bright, as to "glare", but just right for eye-comfort.
