I've bought these before. I love how cute they are. I give homemade salsa in them for Christmas and other times. They are the perfect size.

These jars hold 16 ounces. They are only 4 inches taller so they take out very little room in the refrigerator or the pantry quite handy for other things besides canning will hold dry goods in the pantry or food in the refrigerator. Sure to last for years and years. Good design for organizing your pantry.

Exactly what we needed. Packed well, no breakage.

Nice to have this kit

Spent the evening making Dill hamburg dills, used all 12 bottles and both gallons of brine. That gives me 18 bottles...THE END. For the rest of the cucumber growing season I'll be putting boxes of cukes on the nearest road that gets traffic.

Jars were nice and thick. Good seals and rings. No flaws. Packaged securely. All glass intact. I was able to reuse the box and custom formed foam insert, to store the jars again, after I canned pickles in them.

These jars are so much nicer than what I find in stores. I purchased these to fill with various home-made jams and jellies for gifts and they truly are a step up from the others.

I only opened them this morning and was very disappointed, they’re thin glass and poor quality, would not recommend

UPDATE - 4 of the jars have broken (so far). I just use them to store things like peanut butter, mayonnaise or jam, and when using a knife or spoon to use some, a small piece of glass falls right out near the base of the jar. Now I am nervous every time I use one and keep feeling around the jar to make sure it is still in one piece. So, no, I can't recommend. I love the shape of these jars - being shorter and wider than the standard pint jars. I don't know how well they would stand up to canning, there are some little imperfections in the base that make me wonder. But I love them for storing things in, and overnight oats, etc.

The jars were great at first, however now 3 have broken on me. I use them for overnight oats and when stirring the mixture the bottom corners of the jars are breaking. I am just stirring normally (not excessive). So I’d say the quality of the jars is lacking. If just using for canning or holding of food they might be good, but I wouldn’t recommend them for anything you will need to stir/mix your ingredients in.
